convenient location excellent facilities complimentary coffee

the location was really convenient, close to subway and buses. my room had excellent facilities. i appreciated the coffee machine downstairs and the free creams and bath salts, it was a nice bonus.

the hotel didn't clean the room regularly, and i noticed some dust, but it was a minor issue.

The location IS super convenient, near the metro station! I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available anytime.

The room cleaning schedule was a little infrequent .

lovely stay in a great location

comfortable beds friendly staff convenient laundry

i found the style of the room lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. the air conditioning worked very well, and the staff were always friendly. i liked that train stations and several eateries were easily accessible from the hotel. i also used the laundry facilities on the ground floor, and the washing machine cost only 300 yen.

i noticed a very slight bit of dust in the room.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

excellent location ample space cultural performances

The location is GREAT, near subway and bus lines. The room had ample space and nice amenities. I especially appreciated the daily complimentary water and tea. I also enjoyed the unique cultural performances offered during the week. A true bonus.

The air conditioning was not powerful ENOUGH and could have been better.

The room offered a blend of Japanese style and western comfort, with comfortable beds. The bathtub was a good size, suitable. It contained yukatas and tea, alongside daily water and towel services.

solid stay at acceptable price

sliding doors matcha set

the room had japanese style sliding doors. they provided japanese style robes. i found a full matcha set with whisk. it let me make matcha myself.

the smell of smoke was in the basement reception. the lifts also smelled. the hygiene wasn't typical of japanese standards.

the hotel uses an external restaurant for breakfast. it does not provide adequate solutions. especially for vegetarians, there are not many choices. the breakfast was not good.

The staff was really helpful! they stored my luggage. The room was clean I think it was a double room.

The room felt SMALL and i bumped into the wall several times. The breakfast was disappointing It was the SAME every day
